Terms of Service

These terms apply to piscarstudio.com and to VEDEN, a desktop work agent built by Piscar. Piscar is operated by HM (에이치엠), Seoul, South Korea (business registration no. 625-37-01196).

Using VEDEN

VEDEN is currently in preview. Features, availability, and pricing may change before general release. Use VEDEN only for lawful purposes and only with material you have the right to use.

AI output

VEDEN is built on Claude by Anthropic and may use other AI models you select. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review results before relying on them, especially for important decisions.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you bring to VEDEN and the results it produces for you. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to run your tasks and operate the service.

Third-party services

Some tasks rely on third-party services, such as AI model providers. Their use is also subject to those providers' terms and usage policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" during the preview, and Piscar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
