This policy explains how Piscar handles personal information on piscarstudio.com and in VEDEN. Piscar is operated by HM (에이치엠), a business registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 625-37-01196), based in Seoul.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Website data. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
• Product data. When VEDEN accounts become available, we will process the account details and the content you choose to give VEDEN in order to run your tasks.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, operate and secure the website and VEDEN, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

VEDEN is built on Claude by Anthropic. When you run a task, the content needed for that task is sent to the AI model provider that processes it, under that provider's terms. Claude is the default model.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.
